Step 1: Introductions


Welcome!  The first step in the process is to fill out this questionnaire. When I receive your info - I’ll get back to you to schedule our quick consultation phone call or text chat (up to your preference). We’ll talk about your general needs, budgets, and ideas for all the artsy arts. After our initial discussion, I’ll custom tailor a proposal for you. Once the proposal is approved, I’ll ask you to sign a simple art service agreement and provide a 50% deposit. Then we move on to the fun parts!

Step 2: Set the Mood


If you already have a Pinterest board, send it over! If not, we can work together to create a mood board for your event. Setting the blueprint at the beginning of the process allows us to align on your creative taste.


Step 3: Sketch, Conceptualize, Refine


Alrighty - we have our plan. We have our mood board. I take the reins and start exploring, sketching, and mocking-up ideas. I’ll send directions for you to weigh in on, and we'll move forward with the designs that feel the best to you.

Step 4:  Execute, Digitize and Design


Yay, the design direction is approved! I’ll start creating any paintings, drawings, hand-lettering and/ or graphics needed to capture your vibe and vision for the art. You’ll receive a full completed proof to review, and together we’ll work on adjustments and edits until everything is perfect.


Step 5: Print & Assembly


After you approve the final proof, we hand it off to the printer! I’ll take care of any printer correspondence to make sure everything is set to be produced at the highest standards. Once the prints are in-hand, I’ll assemble, address, and stamp those snail mail beauties before they are released into the wild. Now give yourself a pat on the back - you can cross this task off the list!
